Coach Kahle has over 25 years experience as a trainer having helped thousands of athletes and people of all fitness levels reach their goals. In addition to the being a Certified Fitness Trainer and Performance Nutritionist, Coach Kahle holds certifications in sports performance areas from speed and agility, core conditioning, strength and conditioning to specializations in bodybuilding, physique and figure competition, weightlifting, kettlebell sport, and triathlon and distance running. Coach Kahle takes that deep and broad knowledge base and combines it with the training experience from his lifetime as an athlete and record setting powerlifter, weightlifter, and strongman and uses it to create one of the most diverse and innovative workout collections available.
